EMAIL SECURITY FOR BUSINESSESGive your staff a second opinion.
Give IT the evidence.

A supplier's new bank details. An unexpected invoice. A normal-looking sign-in request. One convincing message can move money or access.

For the moment someone is unsure what to do next.

FOR YOUR PEOPLE

Know what to do.
Understand why.

Check a message from the inbox and read the guidance first. The risk grade and reasons sit alongside it, with more detail when it is needed.

  • Check the message that made you pause.
  • Read the reasons in plain English.
  • Use Report this to IT to raise the case.

FOR YOUR ADMINISTRATORS

See the cases.
Support the decisions.

Business checks go to the workspace. Administrators and moderators can review retained cases and the reports staff raise.

  • Review what is reaching the team.
  • Investigate the evidence behind a case.
  • Identify where staff need more guidance.

Business includes the organisation threat report. Business Pro adds Domain Watch, training and the proof pack. Compare plans ↗︎

See what is arriving.
Decide what needs attention.

Protect, Monitor, Train and Prove are the four areas of Jatzo, and this is where a team meets them: retained cases and recurring patterns, the organisation threat report with Business, and Domain Watch, training and the proof pack with Business Pro.

PROTECT · BUSINESS + BUSINESS PRO

A view of the last 30 days.

See how much your team checked and how many messages reached Suspicious or above. Review retained cases and the messages staff reported to IT, with the evidence behind each result.

PROTECT · BUSINESS + BUSINESS PRO

Recognise a returning campaign.

See whether related attacks have reached your team before. Connect repeated messages with campaign context inside your workspace, so an investigation can look beyond one person’s inbox.

MONITOR · BUSINESS + BUSINESS PRO

Reporting that leads to training.

The organisation threat report shows the kinds of attack arriving, what changed since last month and which training would help. Business Pro adds the training itself, assigned from the same page.

MONITOR · BUSINESS PRO

Keep watch on your domains.

Domain watch checks your domains’ anti-spoofing settings and watches for new lookalike domains appearing in public certificate logs. Put domain exposure alongside your email case reviews.

PROVE · BUSINESS PRO

Make your work visible.

Generate a dated proof pack for the period you choose. Bring together people, training, checks, domains and what could not be checked for a client’s due diligence or an insurer’s review.

WINDOWS 10 AND LATER

Your Dashboard, on your desktop.

Open your own Dashboard as a Windows program. It reads your figures without changing them and retains the last view when Jatzo cannot be reached, clearly showing how old the figures are.

Train is the fourth area, and it lives in the Training Centre, with Business Pro. Features vary by plan. A proof pack documents activity; it does not guarantee insurance acceptance or certify your security.

“Our bank details
have changed.”

An accounts colleague receives a supplier’s new payment details just before an invoice is due. Jatzo helps them pause, understand the warning signs and involve IT.

  1. 01

Check. A second look before payment.

The colleague presses Check this email in Outlook. Guidance comes first, followed by the risk grade and reasons.

  2. 02

Understand. The reasons are there to inspect.

The payment details have changed, and the supplied headers report SPF and DMARC failures. Jatzo explains why these findings deserve attention.

  3. 03

Act. Verify independently. Bring IT in.

They call the supplier on the number already on file. Report this to IT puts the case on the team’s Reports tab, with email notification where configured.

Add clarity where
your people make decisions.

Keep your existing email protection. Jatzo adds a check beside the message, at the moment someone decides whether to click, reply or pay.

No change to mail flow.

No MX change, rerouting or delivery delay. Jatzo checks selected messages after they arrive.

Read only in Outlook.

The add-in reads the open message. It cannot reply, forward, move or delete mail.

01Choose your team and planAgree who needs access and what they need.

Business starts at 2 people and Business Pro at 5. Both give staff a way to check messages, administrators access to retained business cases, and the organisation threat report. Business Pro adds Domain Watch, proof packs and training.

02Set up accessFollow the deployment guide for your organisation.

Prove your staff domains with the required DNS record, then create the deployment file from your account. Keep that file safe like a key. Your Microsoft 365 administrator uploads it through Integrated apps and chooses the people who receive Jatzo. Allow Microsoft’s stated 24 to 72 hours for deployment.

Smaller teams can invite people to a workspace by email instead.

Before someone joins: joining or creating a workspace deletes checks already saved to that account. Use a separate email address if personal history needs to be kept.

Check support and setup requirements ↗︎
03Make checking a habitGive staff a simple way to ask for help.

Show people where to check a message, how to read the guidance and when to report a case to IT. Keep your existing filtering, verification and approval processes in place.

Business Pro includes training to help staff practise these decisions.

Understand the access.
Know the limits.

Confidence includes knowing who can see a case and what an automated check cannot establish.

Who can see business cases?

Members can open their own cases. The workspace administrator and moderators can see all retained business cases. If an IT support company looks after your workspace through Jatzo, its engineers can see them too, and the activity log records every day one of their people opens it. Every business check goes to the workspace, so use a separate personal account for personal checks.

What stays in the workspace?

History keeps the subject, risk score and compact findings, not the raw email or its attachments. Subjects may contain personal information. Business cases stay with the workspace when a member leaves or deletes their account, with their contributor reference removed.

What should we keep checking ourselves?

Jatzo supports judgement and cannot guarantee a correct verdict. Evidence depends on the message source, supported inbox and plan. Verify important requests independently and keep your existing security controls.
