JatzoCyber Security

FOR MSPs

The mail that got through is your phone call.

Your clients ring you when a message looks wrong, and you have nothing to point at. Jatzo gives their staff an answer in the inbox they already use, and gives you a line you can bill. Built for MSPs and the managed service providers who would not call themselves one.

What you get on your side

Each client is its own organisation

Own people, own cases, own activity log, own evidence pack. One firm's records never sit beside another's, which matters the first time a client is asked to produce them.

Every client from one sign-in

Your engineers work in each client's own pages rather than a cut-down copy of them: invitations, removals, sender rules, case reviews, exports and reports. One account, not one per client.

One invoice a month, to you

Covering the seats across every client behind you, with a line for each so you can see what each one costs. Your clients never receive a bill from us, or a price we set.

A discount off our published rate

You buy below the rate on our pricing page for each client's size and charge your clients what you like. The figures are in the partner information, which we send when you ask.

Three things stay with your client

Requiring a second step at sign-in of their whole team, handing their workspace to somebody else, and deleting it. You can manage a client and you can tighten their security. You cannot give their workspace away, weaken their sign-in or destroy their records.

Tell a client that early. It is the answer to the first question a careful one asks about their IT company, and it is enforced in the product rather than promised in a contract.

Opening a client's workspace is recorded in that client's own activity log with your engineer's name against it, for the same reason.

It stays out of the mail flow

You deploy it like any Office add-in, from the Microsoft 365 admin centre. No connector, no transport rule, no MX change, so nothing sits in front of their mail and there is nothing to roll back. Outlook on the web, Windows and Mac. An MSP running a client's tenant already has everything needed to do it.

The Gmail add-on is built and is not yet approved in Google's Marketplace, so those users check messages on the website instead. We would rather say so here than after you have promised it to somebody.

Start on your own staff

Thirty days free on your own tenant, before any client sees it. You will know inside a week whether it is worth keeping, and your engineers will have used it on real mail rather than a demo.
