No. Microsoft 365 filters your mail before it arrives, and you should keep it. Jatzo is a second opinion on the message that got through and still does not feel right, checked by the person who received it. It sits in Outlook rather than in your mail flow, and where Microsoft has already recorded that a message looks suspicious, Jatzo counts that as evidence.

169 separate checks, in 8 kinds of evidence: who sent it and whether the route it came by supports that, what the message is asking for, where its links really go, what is inside its attachments, and what your own mail provider already said about it. Attachments are profiled rather than opened, which covers macros, active PDF behaviour, HTML smuggling, archives with unsafe paths, and QR codes read out of a picture or a page of a PDF. No, and that is deliberate. Evidence is scored on three separate channels: 144 checks carry threat evidence, 20 carry nuisance and 5 score nothing in either direction. A message without enough threat evidence stays below the phishing band however much nuisance it has collected, so a pushy newsletter is never dressed up as an attack. It works the other way too: a provider vouching for a message reduces what supporting findings are charged, but never drops a real threat below the line. How the analysis works

Outlook for Windows, including the new Outlook, Outlook for Mac, Outlook on the web, and Outlook on iPhone and Android. On a phone, Outlook does not give add-ins the delivery details the sender checks need, so the result says what it could not check. Rolling it out across a team needs a Microsoft 365 plan with Exchange Online and a mailbox. Where Jatzo works

Jatzo reads the message and its supported attachments to produce the result, then releases them. History keeps the subject, the score and the compact findings, never the raw email or attachment contents. When somebody checks a message in Outlook, Jatzo keeps a one-way fingerprint of its sender, so a later check can say whether that sender has been checked before. From Team administration. Invite people by email, or deploy Jatzo to Outlook through the Microsoft 365 admin centre and it sets itself up for each person the first time they open it. Remove somebody from the People tab. Add seats from the Subscriptions tab whenever you need more.

Checks never stop on a paid plan. The one monthly allowance is for live link reputation, shared across the team. Jatzo tells you at 80%, and past the allowance checks carry on in full without that one lookup, with every result saying so, until your month resets.

Turn renewal off at any time in Account: the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then moves to the Free plan. Add seats whenever you need to; removing seats does not produce a refund. To move between Business and Business Pro, ask and we will change it for you. No. It is a separate Windows program with its own yearly licence, not part of any subscription on this page. It checks the bank details on an invoice against the ones your team confirmed for that supplier, which is a different job from checking a message. See what it does and what it costs.

With Business Pro and Enterprise, yes: the Jatzo Training Centre, all six courses, for everyone you add, and the admin can assign courses and see who has done them. Business does not include it.
